Write the following out completely on your ban appeal:

Please copy the questions into a new thread, and answer them. (Important!! Include the questions)

It's not only the questions you need, you need the "username, date, timebanned" part too!

EVERYTHING between the lines must be copy-pasted, REMEMBER THE QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!

Username:

Date:

Time banned (If known & timezone):

1. Reason for ban? (If known)

2. Who banned you? (If known)

3. Were you online or offline when you were banned?

4. What were you doing at the time? (If online)

5. Were there any players with a similar name? (If noticed)

6. Why should we un-ban you?

7. What will you do next time to prevent this from happening again?

8. What message is displayed when you try to log into the server?

9. Were there any witnesses to this who can testify?

(Be HONEST).

Be honest in your answers and about what has occurred. Being truthful and sincere will increase your chances of being un-banned.

If you answer untruthfully and get found out your appeal will be denied.

(Be PATIENT).

This is very important, constant advertising of your appeal and spamming staff will not have your appeal looked at any sooner. %90 of the time you will be told to wait for the person who banned you to come forward and claim your appeal.

(Be RESPECTFUL).

Being respectful to staff will get you a lot further with your appeal then being rude. Keep your cool and deal with the situation maturely.

(Be Responsible)

Take responsibility of your actions. If you broke a rule don't blame it on someone else or make up an excuse.

Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse take ownership of what you have done. If you show maturity and show that you will follow the rules your chances of being pardoned are much higher.

(Repeat offenders)

If your appeal is successful don't break the rules again, read the rules. If you are a repeat offender your ban appeals will most likely be denied. Learn from your mistakes.
